My Heart Will Go On

'My Heart Will Go On'

Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on
Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on
Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on
Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone
Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold to
In my life we'll always go on
Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on
You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

Movie Time

Its movie time now with hot and tasty curry puffs...my all time favourite bollywood movie...

Outings with sis

Transferring all the data from my pendrive and suddenly i saw few photos of my sis and me...i really had a great time with her during my sem 1...hope i can spend time with her again...AKKA i miss u...when u will coming back???

Own Made Tea-time...

Curry puffs

 Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 400g chicken mince
  • 1 large sebago potato, peeled, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mild curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground chilli powder
  • vegetable oil, for deep-frying
  • sweet chilli sauce, to serve

Pastry

  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 200g chilled butter, chopped
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Step 1
Heat canola oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until soft. Increase heat to high. Add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up mince, for 4 minutes or until browned. Add potato and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  • Step 2
Combine soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, curry powder and chilli powder in a jug. Add to mince mixture. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring, for 4 to 5 minutes or until liquid has almost evaporated. Set aside to cool completely.
  • Step 3
Make pastry: Place flour, butter and 1/2teaspoon salt in a food processor. Process until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add egg yolks and 1/4 cup water. Process until just combined. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth. Wrap in greaseproof paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
Cut dough in half. Press each half into a disc. Roll each piece of dough between 2 sheets baking paper until 5mm thick. Using an 11.5cm biscuit cutter, cut 10 rounds from each pastry half. Spoon 1 tablespoon mince mixture into centre of each pastry round. Fold pastry in half to enclose mixture, folding edges over to seal.
  • Step 5
Half-fill a large saucepan or wok with vegetable oil. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Deep-fry curry puffs, in batches, for 1 to 2 minutes or until pastry is golden. Transfer to a wire rack to drain. Serve hot with chilli sauce.

Love

I came across of William Parish's love quote...n i think its true...

“Love is passion, obsession, someone you can't live without. I say, fall head over heels. Find someone you can love like crazy and who will love you the same way back. How do you find him? Well, you forget your head, and you listen to your heart. Cause the truth is, there's no sense living your life without this. To make the journey and not fall deeply in love, well, you haven't lived a life at all. But you have to try, cause if you haven't tried, you haven't lived.”

Beautiful and interesting

I had always wanted to visit Kellie's Castle but was advised against it as it is reputed to be haunted by the ghost of it's owner, William Kellie Smith. As it was a long weekend, we reached Kellie's Castle rather early and had the place somewhat to ourselves before other local tourists came. We explored every nook and corner of the castle as well and walked upto the highest rooftop. The view was amazing at that point. It is worth a visit and would visit again, maybe with lesser tourist crowd the next time. RM5 per entrance. I think it should just be free or cheaper or at least comes with a free cold drink after that. The history behind the unfinished castle is interesting, maybe for someone who is curious enough about the past stories. Not too sure about those who don't though. Scenery throughout is really nice. I went with 3 of my friends during my sem break around 4pm. The weather was hot and sunny, perfect for capturing some really nice pictures. Kellie's Castle has an interesting but sad history, and if in the area is certainly worth a visit. The best way to get there is by car, or alternatively you can get a train to Batu Gajah and then a taxi to Kellie's Castle - it's too far to walk from Batu Gajah.

Migraine OH Migraine....

Struggling with migraine early in the morning..so this is what i did ...Start searching medication for migraine....

It is characteristic of migraine that people have episodic attacks of multiple symptoms (pain, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound) but they go back to their usual state of health in between attacks. Medication overuse headache, in contrast, is a dull constant headache which is often worse in the morning. It is present on most days or part of every day. It is possible to have medication headaches most days with episodic migraine pain superimposed on the ‘headache‘.
For many people, painkillers are a safe and effective way of treating headache or other pain.
If you have regular migraine you will most likely experience an attack once or twice a month. Sometimes an additional less severe headache may develop or the migraine attacks may become more frequent.
The pain and discomfort you are feeling every day means that you will be increasing your dosage of painkilling medications due to the development of tolerance (when your body becomes used to the drug so it stops being as effective.) This can then lead you into a process where the drugs are actually making your headaches worse and more frequent. This process is called ‘rebound phenomenon’.

Present - ghost story!!!

I hate ghost stories and films..but tats what my friend present me...the first thing that i did was reading the summary of story..hope it is not too scary...anyway tq my my dear friend Garshini....

This 1981 John Irvin picture constitutes an adaptation of Peter Straub's colossal, bestselling novel. The central plot -- shared by both book and film -- revolves around the four elderly members of the Chowder Society (Fred Astaire, Melvyn Douglas, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. and John Houseman), who gather in each other's drawing rooms each winter to sip cognac and spin elaborate ghost stories. The four men also share a dark secret far more unsettling than fiction -- a secret which has literally come back to haunt them, as well as their own adult offspring. Each man is visited by a hideous specter bearing the likeness of a young woman (Alice Krige) they accidentally killed 50 years ago when spurning her mischievous sexual advances. ~ Cavett Binion, Rovi

Helthy lifestyle

Start my morning with few tips of healthy lifestyle....Sometimes it can feel as though eating a healthy diet, getting enough exercise and finding the time to find yourself is impossible. But learning to live a healthier lifestyle is easy when you change one small thing at a time.

Drink a Glass of Water in the Morning
Wake up in the morning and drink one glass of room temperature water first off. You can put a slice of lemon or lime in the water, if you don’t like it’s natural taste. Water helps to clear our system, bring on metabolism rate and flush out the toxins. Some people even say, that it helps to reduce weight!

Sleep Enough

Lack of sleep makes you feel tired and angry, you can’t concentrate your attention. Lack of sleep can damage your physical health (especially heart) as well . Some studies have shown that 8 hours of sleep per 24-hour period is the average requirement for adults. But all people are different and need for sleep can range from 6 to 10 hours. If you feel sleepy during 4pm and 6pm, you probably do not get enough rest.

Stretch in the Morning!

Instead of snoozing in the morning, you can use your time more wisely. Stretch your back, your legs, your neck. It will wake your body from sleep. Stretching in the morning increases blood flow to your muscles providing an extra shot of oxygen and preparing them for a new day.

Snack the Healthy Way

Potato chips, salted nuts, candies, cookies and other tasty stuff are definitely unhealthy for your body. They contain lots of fat, salt, sugar. Choose raw nuts, fresh fruits or berries instead, they are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Eat Breakfast!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially for you weight loss seekers. If you skip it, you’ll get hungry long before lunch and will start snacking on foods that are high in fat and sugar, but low in vitamins. Researchers at the 2003 American Heart Association conference reported that breakfast eaters are significantly less likely to be obese and get diabetes compared with nonbreakfast eaters.

Take a Daily Walk

We all know about the advantages of physical activity, but most of us have neither time, nor desire to exercise. Use the stairs as often as possible instead of the elevator, take a walk with your friends, walk your dog a bit longer, than usually – use any possibility to be more physically active. Researchers say, that people only need to walk up to 12 miles per week or for about 125 to 200 minutes per week to improve their heart health

Study Ingredient Lists of Your Favorite Products.

Product’s ingredient list is very important as it shows you whether the food you’re about to buy contains unnatural and unhealthy ingredients. There are hundreds, maybe even thousands of unhealthy ingredients on the market and it is almost impossible to remember all of them. Luckily, you can find a lot of information on the Internet about them, so study all of your favorite and most common foods, cosmetics and other products you buy. Harmful ingredients may cause various diseases, allergic reactions and even cancer.

Find New Activities!

Pick up a new activity involving the whole family and friends such as hiking, group sports, skiing or riding a bicycle. Finding a hobby can give you the enjoyment and reduce stress. You’ll also start meeting people who have the same interests as you and may make some new friends . Enjoy your new hobby and remember – happy people live longer!

Love Your Life!

Relax! Don’t get nervous and angry because of the trivial things. Don’t be too serious. Smile, love others, and always look on the bright side of life!
